Chinese Rice
3 cups white rice, cooked 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 boneless chicken breast cut in pieces 1 cooking ham cut in pieces 2 stacks green onions, chopped with tops 1 onion, chopped 1 carrot, shredded Soy sauce as much as you like
In a wok heat the oil and cook the chicken. Add the ham and cook for two minutes. Add green onions with tops, onions, and carrots and cook for fives minutes. Add cooked rice. Mix well. Add Soy sauce and mix again.
